Plan #1: FIND A LOT
Regional Homes of Maryland can help you find a lot from our inventory or we can tap into our many resources to help you find that perfect lot. Then choose one of our floor plans from our well designed and functional collection.

Plan #2: IF YOU HAVE A LOT BUT NEED A HOUSE PLAN
You already have your ideal lot and you are ready to build your dream home. Choose from one of our many house plans. We have a wide variety of plans to suit every ones needs and desires. We will then give you a price to build our house plan on your lot with all the custom features you chose to make our plan your home.

Plan # 3: YOU HAVE HOUSE PLANS AND A LOT
You have your lot and your plans but need help in making it a reality. Regional Homes of Maryland will develop a cost basis for your plans to be built on your lot. While reviewing your plans, we can make suggestions that will save you money, as well as make your home more functional and livable.
